New Hampshire pulled off a major upset by taking down the Monmouth Hawks 34-23. It was a win in which the Wildcats took advantage of the Hawks mistakes as they scored two touchdowns off of the two turnovers that the Hawks gave away. It was also a game where the defense got multiple big stops as they kept the Hawks to 6-12 on third down and 0-3 on fourth down attempts. Leading the charge for this defense was Jordan Mcallister, who brought home the CAA Football Defensive Player of the Week by recording five tackles, a career-high 3.5 sacks and three forced fumbles. All of his forced fumbles came on strip sacks with two of them being recovered to set up touchdown drives. Aside from scoring on short drives the Wildcats were able to move the ball efficiently as they put up 383 yards with 186 coming from the pass and the other 197 coming on the ground. While the Wildcats did give the ball away from a fumble as well as missing a field goal the team did more than enough to get the win. Now the 6-4 Wildcats will look to try and get another conference win as they will try and improve their 4-2 conference record when they take on the Bryant Bulldogs. This game will start at 12:00 p.m. ET, with it being played in Smithfield, R.I. and can be watched on the FLOF streaming service.

Bryant puts an end to their six game losing streak as they take down the UAlbany Great Danes 27-24. They are now 3-7 on the year and 1-5 in the conference. In this game the Bulldogs put up 351 yards with the passing game being a huge contribution as they passed for 263 yards, while they ran for the other 88 yards in the game. The offense wasn’t perfect on the day though as they turned the ball over twice from lost fumbles which gave up two scores but the offense still managed to do enough to help them get the win. Now they play at home in Smithfield, R.I. where they will take on the New Hampshire Wildcats at 12:00 p.m. ET, with the game viewable on FLOF.

Monmouth’s six game winning streak came to an end on Saturday as the offense had its worst performance of the season. In this game the offense went 6-12 on third down which is fine at 50% but they went 0-3 on fourth down attempts and turned the ball over two times from strip sacks. The run game also had its struggles as they put up only 71 yards in the game which made it hard in the time of possession stat as they only had 22:32 in time of possession as compared to New Hampshire's 37:28. With the run game struggling to get the ball moving efficiently they relied on the pass where they put up 233 yards of their 304 in total. The Hawks will need to regroup as they are now 8-2 overall and sit at third in the conference with a 5-1 record, as they go on the road Greensboro, N.C. to take on the Aggies. To see if the Hawks can bounce back tune in at 12:00 p.m. ET on FLOF.

North Carolina A&T took a rough loss as the Stony Brook Seawolves took them down 38-12. The Aggies now sit at 2-8 overall with a conference record of 2-4. In this most recent game the offense struggled by only getting 221 yards in the game, as well as turning the ball over twice. Both of the turnovers were thrown interceptions from the Aggies along with the turnovers they struggled on the ground with only 41 rushing yards, while having 180 passing yards. The Aggies will now play their final home game of the season, where they will try and upset the Monmouth Hawks. This game can be seen at 12:00 p.m. ET on FLOF.

William & Mary got their second straight win a row as they took down the Campbell Camels 30-27 in overtime. The win makes the Tribe 6-4 on the year, and 5-2 in the conference. This was a game where the offense could do no wrong as they had 505 yards of total offense. Not only did they put up lots of yards but it was one where both the run game and passing game were equal in contribution. As they passed for 282 yards, while rushing for 223 yards. WIth all this offense a mistake was bound to happen and it came from a lost fumble which was their only turnover. The turnover was costly as it took away a possession but their defense did take the ball away once themselves by getting an interception helping even things out. While the offense did great and the defense did just enough in the win it was their special teams that was the most impressive as their kicker Keegan Shackford went 3-3 on field goals with one being a game-tying 38-yarder with one second left in regulation. His other two field goals were from 41 and 47 yards out. These field goals earned him the CAA Football Special Teams Player of the Week. Now he will try and repeat his performance when they go on the road to Hampton to take on the Pirates. This game will start at 1:00 p.m. ET and can be seen on FLOF.

Hampton suffered their fourth straight loss in a row as Maine took them down 35-7. The loss makes them now 2-8 on the year and 0-6 in the conference. In the loss the offense couldn’t do a whole lot as they mustered up 189 yards of total offense. Neither the passing or run game broke 100 yards, as they passed for 97 yards, while running for 92 yards. Their defense also struggled as Maine got five touchdowns in the game. For the Pirates they will just have to look at their next upcoming game which is their final home game where they will take on the William & Mary Tribe at 1:00 p.m. ET, on FLOF streaming.

Stony Brook gets back up the .500 mark in their record as they got a 38-12 victory over the N.C. A&T Aggies. Their overall is 5-5 and 3-3 in the conference. For this game they really had things working as they put up 493 yards of total offense while holding their opposition to just 221 yards of total offense. On the day the Seawolves put up 380 passing yards and 113 rushing yards. It was a game in which they never turned the ball over while also getting two interceptions to help give them an easy road to victory. The Seawolves will now try and repeat this performance when they go on the road to Villanova, PA to take on the Wildcats. This game will be one where the Seawolves could shake up the conference standings as Villanova currently sits at second in the conference. To see how this one plays out, tune in at 1:00 p.m. ET on FLOF streaming.

For Villanova it might have been a slow start to the season as the Wildcats sat at 1-2 early in the year but they didn’t let that bother them as they are now 7-2 on the year and 6-1 and in second place in the conference after taking down the Towson TIgers 28-10. In that game the offense went through the run game as they put up 353 on the ground while only needing to pass for 120 yards giving them 473 yards in total. For the run game one person was in total control of it, and that was Ja’briel Mace. Mace put up a program-record 291 yards and four touchdowns on 28 carries (10.4 ypc) in the victory. This performance earned him the CAA Football Offensive Player of the Week. His 291 yards were the 2nd-most by an FCS player this season and the most by a CAA back since 2022. On the other side of the ball the defense did well as they held the Tigers to only 10 points while giving up 287 yards. The defense also managed to recover a fumble in the game but the offense couldn’t capitalize on it with a score. But the Wildcats still had a great performance even if they didn’t capitalize on the turnover, and will now play Stony Brook at home in Villanova at 1:00 p.m. ET on FLOF.

Rhode Island continues to get wins as they took down Elon 34-20 helping them remain atop the division with a 8-2 overall and 6-0 conference record. For the Rams they scored in every quarter but it was the second quarter where they did the most damage as they put up 17/half of their points. In this game the defense wasn’t able to take the ball away at all but still held the Phoenix to 20 points while their offense had a great day by putting up 442 yards. In the game they passed for 309 yards and rushed for 133 yards. It was a game where they only committed four penalties for 37 yards, and never turned the ball over as well. Maine just keeps on winning as they get their sixth win in a row to make them now 6-4 on the year and 5-1 in the conference. That conference record has them sitting in fourth place with a great opportunity if things go their way to win the CAA. Their most recent performance is one to show that they most certainly can do it as well as their defense held Hampton to 189 yards of total offense while they themselves put up 311 total yards. Of those 311 yards, 128 came from the pass and the other 183 came from the run. It was also a clean game from the Black Bears as they never turned the ball over while also committing only three penalties throughout the game. Helping lead them to a 35-7 win The Black Bears will look to keep things rolling when they take on the conference leader Rhode Island Rams at home in Orono, Maine with a chance to make a push for the conference title. Watch this great game at 1:00 p.m. ET, on FLOF streaming.

Towson could not get back to a .500 record as they lost to Villanova 28-10. In that game they had no answer to stop the run as they gave up 353 yards on the ground alone, and gave up 473 yards in total. For their offense they produced 287 yards on the day with the passing having 156 yards and the run going for 131 yards. Giving them a balanced offense but one that didn’t produce enough. The Tigers will now take on UAlbany in a game that if they win with their 4-6, and 2-4 conference record they would still have a chance at avoiding a losing record overall. Find out if they have what it takes by watching them at 1:00 p.m. ET, on FLOF.

UAlbany suffered another loss on the season as they are now 1-9 on the year and 0-6 in the conference. In their most recent loss they took on the Bryant Bulldogs who took them down 27-24. It was a game where they put up 321 yards of total offense with 235 passing yards and 86 rushing yards. Not the most efficient game offensively as they also turned the ball over once but it was a game where they won the turnover battle. Both of those turnovers turned into scores but it was not enough for the Great Danes to get the win. Now they will look for a win in their final home game as they take on the Towson Tigers at 1:00 p.m. ET. This game will be played in Albany N.Y. and can be seen on FLOF streaming.

Elon took their fourth loss in a row as their once promising season is now nearly to end. On the year the Phoenix are 4-6, and 2-4 in the conference. This most recent loss was against the top dog of the conference in the Rhode Island Rams who took them down 34-20. In this game the Phoenix could only generate 225 total yards and the passing game did the heavy lifting with 195 of those yards while they rushed for 30 yards. For Elon this game was one where they scored in every quarter but a bad second quarter where they gave up 17 points was the difference in this one. Now they go on the road to take on the Campbell Camels in Buies Creek, N.C., with the game available to watch on FLOF.

Campbell takes another tough loss, this time in overtime by a score of 30-27 against the William & Mary Tribe. The loss makes the Camels 2-8 and 2-4 in conference play. This was a game where they were one second away from victory before they gave up the game tying 38 yard field goal and then lost in overtime. For the Camels they did get a take away by recovering a fumble but also gave one away by throwing a pick. This was a game where they did many things right but just not enough and now they will try and have that down to a T when they host Elon at home in Buies Creek, N.C., watch all of this one on FLOF streaming when the game starts at 2:00 p.m. ET.
